Can you see the woman hidden in the trunk?
This piece represents a mother who has given all she has to give, she is stripped bare and vulnerable, and things seem quite bleak.
To all those that feel this way, don’t lose hope! Your Spring will come soon, and bring with it new shoots of vibrant energy!
Until then, there’s no need to feel guilty at taking time for yourself and conserving your energy, it is all part of nature’s cycle. And when that protective canopy you hold overhead feels heavy, be strong, you can do it, you ARE doing it, and you are doing your best – one day at a time.
